But first, which track is right for you? The Health Track? The Coaching Track? Or Both?

The Health Track

Clients who choose to begin working with me as their personal naturopathic physician do so because they want to feel better today and/or they want avoid many of the common diseases of aging. In short, they want optimal health no matter their age!

Initially clients may come to me because they have symptoms that they have not been able to resolve using other methods or doctors. They don't feel right and know they can feel better.

Once you've made a decision to see me, call the office and we'll speak briefly before setting up your initial consultation. From there we will develop a custom program to restore, optimize and maintain your health, vitality and balance.

The Coaching Track

Clients who choose this track do so because they simply want to life life to the fullest. They want to experience more, achieve more and love more.

My coaching clients range from frustrated entrepreneurs, artists and business men and women to successful CEOs, Investment Bankers and other professionals who, while financially successful, are not completely fulfilled in their current place in life.

As I mentioned before, I'm profoundly curious. And when I coach, I ask penetrating questions that can quickly change and enrich the landscape of their lives.

I can quickly get to the essence of YOU. No surveys, no assessments, just simple, yet profound dialog that reveals the the truth about you, including your likes, affinities, talents, skills, and passions.

My greatest joy is supporting fellow explorers to actualize more of their potential and create lucrative businesses built around what they most love and want to do.

Once we've established our coaching relationship we either meet in person at my office or speak on the phone each week.
